Anette's BBQ Heaven
opened it's doors December of 1995 and since that time we have offered
the best BBQ in town. Our specialties are pulled pork and pork ribs.
In addition, we have a great beef brisket and an awesome smoked chicken,
all meticulously smoked over hickory wood.
All of our ribs are rubbed with a seasoned mixture of spices indigenous
to North Carolina and smoked for hours. They are served both wet and
dry. The wet is the traditional style brushed generously with our
homemade BBQ sauce. Our sandwiches come with pork shoulder, beef brisket,
or chicken. The pork and chicken are smoked for hours and the lean
meat is pulled by hand. The beef brisket is also smoked and then chopped
ready for sandwiches.
